The MODERNO™ 3 PIZZE Hybrid Outdoor Pizza Oven

The ALFA™ MODERNO 3 PIZZE is part of ALFA's MODERNO line and is the little brother of the 4 PIZZE. This oven is perfect for gatherings of up to at least 10, as it can cook 3 good size pizzas at a time! This countertop pizza oven can operate on an ALFA™ prep table or can be placed on the 3 Pizze base stand. The 3 PIZZE operates straight out of the box on natural gas, or you can easily convert it to use propane by following these simple steps. The optional hybrid kit (sold separately) allows you to cook on the 3 PIZZE using firewood or lump charcoal as well.

By adding a hybrid kit to your purchase you can also use the ALFA™ 3 PIZZE to cook with firewood instead of gas or propane. This allows you to switch back and forth between fuel types whenever you'd like!
